+ The product I purchased is a little darker or lighter than my last batch or bottle, is this normal?
Natural products can vary in scent, color, and to some extent, texture. This is what makes the natural products unique and special. As natural ingredients are crop-based, there are many [natural] factors that can affect the look of a product based on the growing season, the time of year the ingredient was harvested or processed. Products can get darker over time, and the oils may separate – just simply shake to mix. Essential oils are volatile, so this means the oils will evaporate as they release their scent, and you may also notice a slight change in the blend. This is quite normal.
+ How long is the shelf life of the products?
We can not guarantee freshness and effectiveness of any products kept after the recommended 12-18 months . All products are made using high quality all natural ingredients and tested, but the shelf life of our products are subject to many factors, including heat, exposure to air, dirt, and handling. We recommended storing our products in a cool location away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness and effectiveness.
+ What if I'm allergic?
So you've got allergies, we recommend doing a patch test. Please be sure to check if you have any known sensitivities to cosmetic ingredients and/or essential oils. We use only high-grade ingredients, please read every ingredient on both our packaging and website. We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions to our products. Should you have any ingredients questions please feel free to contact a physician. Place a small amount on the inside of the wrist or inner thigh and look for a reaction. If you see any redness, stop using the product immediately. If no redness is observed, continue. Another thing to be aware of is not using too many different products (like wipes, powder, etc.) so that you can pinpoint where the reaction is coming from.
+ What if I'm pregnant?
Pregnant or Nursing Women: Please be sure to check with your physician regarding any oils, extracts, and supplements you use during pregnancy. There are many all natural essential oils that pregnant or nursing mothers have been recommended to avoid Babies: Please be sure to check with your pediatrician prior to use. We are not physicians and do not claim to be.
+ Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders shipped and sent within the State of California will be charged a 7.75% sales tax.
+ What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our product, we can not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know immediately and we will make our best effort to resolve the issue. All products are guaranteed and we will issue you a refund if you are not satisfied in any way. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and all costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

+ What about international shipping?
Right now we do not ship internationally. Please keep in mind that international shipping is a little pricey. For example, $25 to Canada and $50 everywhere else, and don't forget the customs charges.
+ Turnaround Policy
After an order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for the product to process. USPS Standard shipping times apply. US shipping can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks. We do our best to ship your order and deliver it to you as quickly as possible.
